Lazy days are okay

All the stress has been eating me from the inside lately and I haven't been feeling the best either. Stress can trigger a lot of things. All I think about is what I have to do. It's never ending. Today I've finally had a day to myself, binge watching netflix and enjoying good food (tresor cereal to be exact).

We have to realise it is okay to relax sometimes. We aren't obliged to do something twentyfourseven. Sometimes we just have to sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and rest. I know it is easier said than done, but I promise you, if you keep practising, you'll make it. When I was at my worst about a year ago, I was constantly moving. I didn't let myself to rest and just be. I was always cleaning the kitchen, doing homework or going to the supermarket. I'm not saying I'm completely free from them, but slowly I've started to get out of those bad habits and compulsive behaviours. And so can you!
Be kind to yourself, be gentle. Don't tear yourself apart. Treat yourself as you'd treat your own child.
